Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

48 hours before journey: Full refund (after deduction of service charges)

24–48 hours: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours: No refund

2. Cancellation by Company

In case of cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided if the customer does not show up at the scheduled time.

5. Advance Payment

Advance booking amount may be non-refundable depending on the service booked.
